    I looked on my smartypants phone (an ‘Android’ thing) and….. Yessum, it’s there….. Took a while to find it too.  Buried 6 or 7 layers into ‘Settings’.

    You cannot delete the program.

    You cannot disable it.

    The only way to have the Chinese Kung Flu Tracker not operational is to have your ‘Location’ off and have the ‘Bluetooth’ off and have all permissions ‘denied’ to any app that can connect to your location, camera, audio (microphone), including all storage setups and yes, ‘the cloud’.

    …..and you can bank on real soon, “they” will have the Chinese Kung Flu Tracker bypass all the phone settings, automatically activating your ‘Location’ and ‘Bluetooth’ - almost assuredly without your knowledge ; the icons you see not lit, but both being active in the background,
