The school board member is anti-constitutionalist Democrat Jennifer Rager-Kay, who according to this 2019 article:
has the backing of Moms Demand Action, an anti-gun violence group. She supports background checks on long guns and a law that would allow for the temporary seizure of firearms in “red flag” situations.
Her recent threat of violence, according to this Pennlive article, was:
“As a concerned carry-permitted gun owner, if you refuse to wear a mask and try to come within 6 feet of me or my family, I will exercise the same constitutional rights to shoot you.”
Let’s put aside the Feinsteinian hypocrisy of restricting gun rights while enjoying the benefits of having a government-issued concealed carry permit. There’s more recent hypocrisy, again from the Pennlive article:
Ironically, her Facebook page also has a video of a parade of fire equipment and others marking her son’s seventh birthday last Friday during which a firefighter hands the boy a gift. Neither is wearing a mask.
The maskless firefighter apparently survived the encounter without gunshot wounds. We are left to wonder what would happen if the firefighter had implemented anti-constitutionalist Democrat Jennifer Rager-Kay’s rule himself, and whether Jennifer Rager-Kay’s 7-year old son would approve.

This lady bona-fide documented threatened to shoot people and is a firearms owner.
