Why would an extremely powerful, internet-controlling, globalist, agenda-driven corporation who’s most recognizable item refuses to acknowledge anything Christmas/Easter/major Catholic holiday related on their ‘splash’ page seen globally by billions of people per day want to host data on the biggest American Catholic healthcare provider ?
Hint: It’s not about the money. It’s also not about ‘revolutionizing how doctors use patient health data to make diagnoses’. Not even close.

It’s not unreasonable for hospitals to consider moving patient data to the cloud. If this hospital chain moved to GE Healthcare nobody would probably care very much, assuming GE emitted some believable noises about privacy and security.
One problem with moving to an Alphabet/Google cloud is that we already give a lot of our personal private info to Google just by normal web interaction. Another problem is that Alphabet/Google appears to be increasingly inhabited by a hard-left breed of SJW that is replacing the old-guard, less political engineers.
GE Healthcare may have its political point of view, and certainly GE does the lobbying thing, but as far as I know it’s primarily the normal corrupt influence-peddling relating to maximizing GE Healthcare’s profits and executive bonuses. The political point of view of Google’s SJW contingent, which is getting louder because the adults at the company don’t have the testicular fortitude to tell the SJWers to shut up, seems to be opposed to normal Americans who might own guns, go to church, vote for Donald Trump, not want their children to be indoctrinated by crotch-flashing “drag queen story hours,” live in rural areas, etc. Plus the weirdness of Google employees identifying as non-human transgender dragon ladies or “an expansive ornate building” or whatever.
How long until one of those SJW “dragonkin” trans-whatever engineers working on this project suggests features like “let’s add a module to identify patients who have used hate speech and de-prioritize their care” or “let’s run an analysis on the datastore to identify Christian doctors, those bigots, who have respectfully declined to perform abortions or gender-changing surgeries?”
