    The legislation was ‘pre-filed’ on 5 December and will go to ‘debate’ and vote on 8 January 2020.

    Who are the typical Democrats gonna get to replace - more than likely almost overnight - basically entire departments ? The Virginia National Guard ? Ain’t enough personnel there. Bring ’em in from other states ? Blue helmets ?

    A good bet the typical Democrats are ‘working’ on the scenario now.
