Hey, the 9th Circuit’s anti-constitutional motions panel is back in business! Silverman and Nguyen are the same three Democrat-appointed judges who voted 2-1 to void the Second Amendment just last week. (Thank God for Judge Collins’ dissents.)
We see now that the Democrat appointees are consistent anti-constitutionalists and who are happy to void the First Amendment’s religious freedom guarantees as well.
Unfortunately it looks like there are no 9th Circuit vacancies for President Trump to fill. But there are 25 district court vacancies. No time like the present…
