I can absolutely guarantee you, many US state, county and local governments and their agencies have not gotten the message, or worse, simply want to save money and have their contractors or in-house personnel install the Chinese spy gear. That’s the thing with this Chinese spy gear, the cost factor is at minimum, half of other manufacturers - and of course, yes, it’s on purpose.
