The cynic in me says if - and that’s a big if - if it gets to court, the case will ‘somehow’ draw an El Guapo or Bubba appointed judge and be summarily dismissed (with prejudice), as BookFace is a private company and not a government agency beholden to ‘those icky things’ called The Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Agreed. Based on what I know so far, it does not seem like a winner of a case. But the #MediaJackals seem willing to cover it. So even the act of filing this lawsuit may raise awareness.
