Leftist San Francisco residents have voted for leftist politicians and politicians for decades. These leftist politicians and policies have made the city a magnet for homeless people ($300M a year spent, over $40K/year per homeless person including cash handouts for being homeless). The leftist local newspaper publishes exposes saying that’s not enough. The leftist politicians and policies have also reduced enforcement of laws designed to keep the city peaceable and sanitary. These are the same leftist politicians and policies beloved by the leftist students and faculty at the University of California Hastings College of Law.
It would be impolitic and racist and sexist and gender-hetero-normative and utterly unthinkable for San Francisco leftists and students and faculty to complain about this. Heavens no! Instead they must carefully step over the human waste on the sidewalk, buy new laptops after theirs are snatched, pay to replace their frequently broken car windows, and deal with the Mordor-like stench of BART without complaining. This is the price they pay for living in paradise!
David Faigman, chancellor and dean at UC Hastings, knows all this. He is an expert on never pointing out the obvious! He suffers from the burden of being a white married heterosexual cis-gendered male with three daughters so is already highly politically suspect. It is important to agree that the emperor has very handsome clothes.

I’m honestly surprised the typical Democrats didn’t name in their lawsuit ‘OrangeManBad’ (exactly like that, not ‘President Trump’), along with ‘global warming’, guns and The Easter Bunny.
