What so-called “libertarian” could endorse a federal law that:

    • Exceeds the powers delegated to Congress by the Constitution

    • Preempts the common law process that was developing

    • Short-circuits state law

    • Was the product of special-interest lobbying

    • Benefits one industry over others

    • Congress passed without knowing what it would actually do

    Etc.

The answer is so-called “libertarians,” mostly the Beltway types, who happen to be on the payroll of Big Tech.
