A thoroughly typical Democrat judge has been shopped.
Said thoroughly typical Democrat judge will, of course, reinstate.
The State of Florida will, of course, appeal and demand a stay until fully decided.
The circuit court of appeals will be forced to go en banc and if I know my thoroughly typical Democrat judges in the circuit, will uphold reinstatement.
And then….. SCOTUS. 4 - 4 + Roberts.
Maybe at some point, some semi-sane person somewhere in the judicial chain will realize Mr. Israel has no standing with the matter in a federal court, because this is a state’s issue - a 10th Amendment thing - and said adjudicator or panel will dismiss outright with prejudice.
Wouldn’t count on that though.
The typical Democrats get this through, there isn’t a single constitutional-upholding sheriff anywhere who’ll be safe.
Then, the thoroughly typical Democrats will move on 2A, ignoring everything and anything as they see fit.
