The linked article, written by attorney Joshua Prince, says:

Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto and Allegheny County Chief Executive Rich Fitzgerald are conspiring to unseat Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Judge Joseph M. James because of his decision this week ruling – consistent with Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution and the binding precedent – that the City of Pittsburgh’s firearm ordinances were unlawful.

I do not know if this is correct. If it is, Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto and Allegheny County Chief Executive Rich Fitzgerald are anti-constitutionalists who do not deserve to hold public office.

If Peduto and Fitzgerald wish to agitate against Pennsylvanians’ constitutional rights and state law preserving self-defense rights, the honorable path is for them to resign and openly call for a repeal or a rewrite of the relevant legislation. That they are (reportedly) choosing this path speaks volumes about their lack of character.
