    Right.

    Good points.

I think he is trying to monetize what he can on YouTube, till they shut him down.

    1. 1

Agreed! I hope he’s able to make a living at this.

It is possible that, in the short run, YouTube gives him more revenue per show. But in the long run, his ability to monetize may be removed, or his account suspended. And if the latter happens, he loses the ability to nudge his viewers to an alternative (and hopefully more stable from a content provider’s perspective) video platform.

I think he is doing VERY well, and things are getting better and better for him!!!! Loving this video… though it is pretty ramply and repetitive, he really shows how classically liberal and anti-government controls he is. His TOLERANCE level is super. Very reasonable. Wonderful.

Yep, he comes across as a nice guy, and someone who would be a good interviewer. I hope YouTube takes him up on the offer of coming on the show.

          FOR SURE!!!!!!

This issue needs sunlight to disinfect the scum.

Do you think there was some crucial context that was missing from the Google exec. video which had her saying the things about not allowing Trump to be reelected?

          1. 2

I don’t know. It’s pretty common for mainstream media (#mediajackal tag needed?) news reports to include short clips, and if anything Project Veritas included a fairly lengthy one.

I suppose it’s possible that the Google employee said a moment afterward: “Hahaha! Just joking! I actually voted for President Trump! Build that wall!” We don’t have the full video. But, especially because her Medium post yesterday didn’t invoke that scenario, I suspect that it’s unlikely.

Thanks. Nothing of note in the Medium post?

Here’s the link–I should have included it before: https://talki.ng/s/zscoel/google_s_jen_gennai_responds_project

My guess is that the story will continue until her employer’s senior management responds publicly. With this story being featured at a Senate hearing yesterday, a House hearing today, and the video mirrored on the House of Representatives website, a Medium post isn’t enough.

Thanks for posting. I just started watching it.

But why is Dave Rubin still posting his videos complaining about being suppressed by Google on a Google-owned website? I just looked at daverubin.com and he’s not including a link to any alternate video site.

Though note that Vimeo may be no better: https://talki.ng/s/smpte1/

And monetizing is NOT a bad thing. It is a GREAT thing that someone as pro-limited government, classical liberal ideas as Rubin is monetizing his show!!!!!!!
