You would pick the second. This is what the left has chosen. It has been a good choice.
The Supreme Court now has the opportunity to fix this problem. But imagine what would have happened if President Hillary had been able to make the last two appointments. And imagine what will happen under President Warren or President Harris if they are able to make the next two appointments.
