As the court currently sits, 2A cases will all be 4 + 4 + ‘Him’….. ‘Him’ being Chief Justice Tax-Fee Fee-Tax, who on big cases has flipped to the D(ark)-Side (ElGuapoCare, 1st Amendment items and more).
But I’m also still not near 100% sold on Kavanaugh and Gorsuch either…. They’ve each already sided with the Democrats’ treason a few times in big cases, like today’s opinion in Bostock v. Clayton County (which also covers the rest of the similar-issue cases) - the 6-3 opinion was written by Gorsuch, joined by all four truly dangerous Democrats and of course, ‘Him’.
