By executive order of typical Democrat Totalitarian Governor Jay Inslee…..

As one of the myriad of incredibly-restrictive conditions of reopening at only 25% of their pre-Chinese Kung Flu capacity (there’s apparently eight counties that can go to 50%), owners of all restaurants in The State of Washington are now mandated to keep a detailed log of who comes in with full identity including e-mail address(es), phone number(s), etc. date, time in, for how long, what they eat, etc., worded in the executive order as “providing materials, schedules and equipment required to comply”.

The mandated log must be maintained for at least 30 days and be made available to state law enforcement agents immediately on demand electronically and/or hard copy.

Maximum for one group - called a ‘party’ in restaurant lingo - maximum for a party to be allowed in a restaurant is five persons, regardless of anything, including immediate families of six or more.

All buffet and similar type restaurants will not be approved for re-opening. In-house bars at restaurants approved-for-re-opening are prohibited from hosting seated-at-the-bar parties.

Before any consideration is given to possibly approve a site’s re-opening. a fully detailed documented plan must be presented to ‘the state’ for review, questioning, revising and final acceptance.
