My hunch is that the left noticed the success of laws named after children like Megan’s Law or Kristen’s Law and programs named after children like Amber Alerts. So they decided to take the next step and import a child to lecture adults on their manifold climate sins. Why not a Greta’s Law? Enforce it via treaty, a process that some lawyers argue can override the U.S. Constitution. How convenient! Hey, can we ban guns the same way?
If Greta’s handlers and #mediajackal enablers had waited another few years, when the Orange Man Bad Climate Change Big Scary Scare Danger seeds being sown today had taken root more strongly, it might have worked. But there are enough Normals around to expose this for the risible scam it is–and a sad one, too, for a child is being exploited.
